How long does shipping take?
We know how important fast and secure deliveries are. That's why your order will be carefully packaged and insured within Germany to ensure it arrives safely. Delivery typically takes 3-6 weeks , so you can have your dream rims in your hands soon.
Which company does shipping?
We ship with DHL and UPS.
Is the shipping insured?
Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.
Where does it ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How can I track my order?
We will email you your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Since our rims are custom-made to your specifications , changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order —and only if production hasn't started yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has begun, we unfortunately can no longer adjust or cancel your order.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
A subsequent change of the delivery address is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped . Please contact us immediately after placing your order with your order number and the new address. Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address once the goods have been shipped.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your credit card, you enter your information on a secure, SSL-encrypted page. Your information is transmitted encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and the transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, so your payment remains safe and secure.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can easily place your order as a guest.
However, with a customer account, you benefit from several advantages: Checkout is much faster, you always have an overview of your order status and previous orders, and you receive exclusive updates on new releases and special offers.

Can I return my items?
Since our rims are custom-made to your specifications, they are so-called tailor-made products . Therefore, returns or cancellations are unfortunately not possible , according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We ask for your understanding – if you have any questions about your order or before purchasing, we will be happy to advise you in detail!
My item is defective, what now?
If your rim has been damaged despite careful manufacturing or shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt , ideally with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review the case as quickly as possible and work with you to find a solution—whether it be repair, replacement, or refund.
Who bears the return costs?
Since our products are custom-made , returns are generally not possible . However, in exceptional cases, a legitimate return (e.g., due to a defect) occurs, we will cover the return shipping costs if the fault is ours. In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
